Persevere Capital was founded by Damon Bowers, a long-time private credit operator who has originated and managed more than $650M in real estate debt over two decades. The firm was created to meet a rising demand among sophisticated investors for transparent, data-driven private credit solutions with real underwriting depth—not simply high-yield promises.

Our investment team brings extensive experience in direct lending, construction financing, asset-backed credit, capital markets, and portfolio risk management. We combine a conservative approach to underwriting with modern analytics and real-time market awareness.

Our underwriting emphasizes conservative loan-to-value ratios (typically 60–65% LTV) and strong borrower capacity, creating a substantial equity buffer to protect investor capital.  Our risk management framework blends real-estate fundamentals with institutional analytics, including stress testing, interest-rate sensitivity, portfolio concentration limits, and covenant-based servicing oversight. As investors alongside our clients, we maintain complete alignment and full transparency across the investment lifecycle.
